The yoga classes at Featherlane Studio are taught in the tradition of BKS Iyengar of Pune, India.

There is careful attention to alignment and use of the breath and an internal focus on the physical sensations, to create an experience of connection in body, mind, breath and senses. This is yoga.

Newcomers are always welcome...classes are multilevel. Emphasis is on learning and laughing and breathing.
